A deposit is required to guarantee a reservation, and cancellation terms depend on the selected reservation conditions. Pets are permitted at the wider 1896 House property under the applicable pet rules, with Pondside specifically designated as pet-friendly. The room selection matters because sofa-bed capacity and kitchenette availability differ by suite. The property's amenities also include shared outdoor spaces, dining, WiFi, and parking.

- Cancellation Policy

Reservations using the standard seven-day cancellation policy can receive a refund when canceled more than seven days before arrival, subject to the applicable administration conditions. Nonrefundable reservations cannot be refunded after booking.
