Each suite follows a different period-inspired style, with antique furnishings, refined fabrics, king beds, dining areas, large living spaces, gas fireplaces, dressing rooms, and spacious bathrooms with showers and dual whirlpool tubs. The suites are accessed from an exterior country porch, giving the building a more private arrival than a conventional hotel corridor. Suite 201 includes a kitchenette, while Suites 202 and 205 have queen sofa beds for additional family members over age 14. Guest amenities include complimentary wireless internet, cable television, DVD/CD players, two-line telephones with data ports, coffee makers, robes, irons and boards, and pressed white linens. The Barnside setting also connects guests with the wider 1896 House grounds, including gardens, ponds, brooks, footbridges, outdoor seating, and dining. Beautiful place and area the young fella at check-in was happy and sweet. The restaurant was outstanding and fairly priced drinks were good even a doggie menu.
